Saturday Super Cruise
Join us for one of the highlights of the Port Stephens Car Show weekend!
We’ll cruise together through Nelson Bay, take in the coastal views out to Fingal Bay, then roll back into Nelson Bay in style.

Code of Conduct
Port Stephens Car Show Code of Conduct - Exhibitors
We kindly ask that all exhibitors adhere to the following Code of Conduct for both the Super Cruise on Saturday 11 July and Car Show on Sunday 12 July:
General Conduct
1. Respect Others
Treat all attendees, volunteers, staff, vendors, and exhibitors with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
2. Follow Instructions
Comply with all instructions from event staff, security personnel, and emergency services.
3. Family-Friendly Environment
The event is open to all ages. Please act and dress appropriately and refrain from using offensive language or displaying inappropriate materials.
Vehicle Guidelines
1. Safe Operation Only
Reckless driving, burnouts, excessive revving, racing, or any dangerous behaviour is strictly prohibited. Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in:
- Immediate removal from the event
- Bans from future events
- Notification to Authorities (if warranted)
2. Display Requirements
Vehicles must be parked as directed by staff. Engines must be turned off and no start-ups while on display unless otherwise authorised.
3. Noise & Emissions
Be mindful of excessive noise and emissions. Respect local noise restrictions and avoid idling unnecessarily.
Report an Issue
If you witness or experience any inappropriate behaviour, please notify an event staff member.
